Trans Kansans impacted by SB 244, please share your story!
The state of Kansas recently passed SB 244, which will ban transgender people from changing the gender markers on their driver’s licenses or state IDs and also ban trans people from using the restroom that aligns with their gender identity in state, county, or local government buildings, among other things. If you are a transgender resident of Kansas who will be directly impacted by SB 244, the ACLU Foundation (“ACLUF”) wants to hear about it. We might be able to help.
